Judy Tsuei is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach and Trainer working with founders and executives to identify and release the unconscious patterns quietly capping their growth. A Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumna and award recipient, Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, and San Diego Magazine Women's Pioneer Award recipient in Media and Marketing, Judy built and sold her own branding and marketing agency before turning to identity-level coaching, work she now brings to founders navigating the specific pressure of building a business while still being seen and taken seriously. She serves on the board of Entrepreneurs' Organization Accelerator San Diego and has facilitated workshops at the New York Public Library. Judy is also the host of a podcast focused on amplifying mental and emotional wellness for communities of color, and the forthcoming author of Black Sheep Rising: A Shameless Guide to Disappointing Your Parents.
