Malika Jacobs (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Myriad, a B2B marketplace featuring emerging and specialized HR tech supporting a holistic employee experience.

Malika began her entrepreneurial journey with Kingmakers, serving both the public and corporate clients for six years with two Midwest brick-and-mortar board game parlours. When the workforce experienced profound changes in 2020, Kingmakers shifted to focus exclusively on virtual team bonding events supporting team leaders in addressing challenges of engagement, morale, and well-being in remote work environments.

With her third venture, Malika continues her thoughtful and joyful approach to building intentional and beloved team cultures. She believes in the power of diverse teams to solve big problems with humanity and inclusivity at the forefront. Malika resides in Columbus, Ohio with her family including two young daughters who may be confused that she “works” at yoga, since that is the main reason she leaves her home.
