Audrey Roofeh is the founder and CEO of Mariana Strategies LLC, a workplace culture consulting firm with offices in Washington, DC, and Chicago. Mariana Strategies works with organizations to create healthy and inclusive workplace cultures, from preventing workplace harassment to cultivating the emotional intelligence of teams. Audrey is an employment lawyer and certified change management practitioner who frequently speaks and writes on issues of workplace equity and inclusion.
