Candace is the Founder and CTO of Hi Tech Consulting, helping skilled professionals pivot and profit in emerging industries. The firm specializes in helping solopreneurs, organizational leaders, and small teams implement systems and technology to automate business processes, increase capacity, and effectively utilize resources.

Candace has participated in various social impact projects in cannabis and agriculture, leading marketing and content creation, program development, fundraising and development, web and mobile development, and project management. The latest venture, CannaTech Ventures, is a technology-focused incubator for startups in the cannabis industry.

Candace is a J.D. candidate at UIC Law with interest in Environmental Sustainability Governance and Data Privacy Law. Candace is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. serving the Chicago metro area as a part of the Chicago Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter.

Candace completed her BSc in Computer Science at Troy University in 2019 and now lives in Chicago with her husband and four children.
