Kelly Voelker is a seasoned communications professional with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate the most complex communications challenges.

In 2014, she founded KVA, an agency that specializes in crisis communications, corporate and employer branding, and leading during times of change and transformation.

Since then, KVA has been a trusted thought partner to brands like Vitamix, IHG, Conair, one of the nation’s leading QSR brands, Kimball International, and many others. When companies face uncertainty, KVA provides strategic guidance, supports full-scale execution and makes the process of communicating to every stakeholder easier.

Prior to founding KVA, Kelly led PR for Graco Children’s Products, helping the company navigate six product recalls in less than three years, earning national recognition for the company's communications approach. Kelly also built her experience with agency and in-house communications roles at IHG, Edelman and Mower where she led PR, social media and crisis communications programs.

Kelly was named a 2022 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow and serves on the board of JPMA Cares, a non-profit organization that works to improve long-term outcomes for babies and young children. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two sons.
